Our team is dedicated to serving you from Monday to Friday, between 6 AM and 5 PM CST. We recognize the value of flexibility and are ready to meet your needs by providing work hours beyond the typical business day if required, subject to an additional fee.

You will receive an agreement and an invoice from us. Please note that a payment in advance is required before we can begin providing our services.

Payments are processed smoothly and securely through QuickBooks’ integrated payment system. This system allows users to pay using their debit or credit cards, ensuring a convenient and efficient transaction process.

If you find that you need more hours, you have the freedom to purchase additional time. We offer packages of 10 hours, 20 hours, and 40 hours, each priced according to our posted rates. However, if your requirement is less than 10 hours, please note that our regular rate of $25 per hour will apply, with a minimum commitment of 3 hours.
